English: Sandstone pyramidion of Heru-nefer (19th dynasty), a judge in the "seat of Maat".

Originally from Deir el-Medina (Thebes). Acquired of the British Museum from Gardner Wilkinson in 1834. Height: 40 cm; Width: 33.50 cm

  • Side 1: Boat of Harmachis, and two figures of the deceased
  • Side 2: Beetle with disk, and figures of the deceased and his sister Ubekht
  • Side 3: Figures of the deceased and his son
  • Side 4: Isis and Nephthys and the standard of Amentet, and two figures of the deceased
