| Description |
English: Pylon YD2, Bury Copse. Carrying power at 400 KV to/from Marchwood Power Station. Although the power station was still being built at the time of photographing, current was flowing through these wires, because they form an essential link in the lines from Nursling substation to Calshot Power Station. A line of pylons in this position used to carry 132 KV power to Marchwood substation; they have been hijacked, or replaced, for these recent 400 KV lines, with the 132 KV lines taking a different, underground route.
