A plaque in Barrio Belgrano, Rosario, Argentina, thanking Mayor Emilio Cardarelli for public works. It reads: Al intendente municipal del Rosario · Doctor Emilio Cardarelli · que dio a Barrio Belgrano · aguas corrientes · estación sanitaria · jardín de niños · plazas públicas y · juegos atléticos ·· Los vecinos agradecidos · Noviembre 30 de 1924. Translated: "To the municipal mayor of the Rosario Dr. Emilio Cardarelli, who gave Barrio Belgrano running water, a sanitary station, a kindergarten, public squares and athletic games, the thankful neighbours. November 30, 1924."
