Description
English: WASHINGTON ᆲ- (left to right) Lt. Jason Hagen, commanding officer of Coast Guard Station Washington, Judy Babuschak, wife of Michael Babuschak, Michael Babuschak, recipient of a Public Service Commendation, and Lt. Cmdr. Randall Brown, Coast Guard Sector Baltimore, response department head, are shown after Babuschak receives the award at station Washington, Dec. 15, 2011. Babuschak received the award for actions he took in 1958, when his sister was swept away by a current in the Delaware River resulting in him saving her life. U.S. Coast Guard photo by Lt. j.g.
