Deutsch: Blüte der Süßkirsche „Fraxner Kirsch“/ „Fraxner Kriasiwasser“ ist für das geographische Gebiet Fraxern in Vorarlberg geschützt im Codex Alimentarius Austriacus Kapitel B 23: Sprituosen. Anhang 1: Geschützte Bezeichnungen** Die Sorte "Klennzweiete" wird als die „echten Fraxner Kriasi“ bezeichnet. Es handelt sich um sehr kleine, süße, schwarze Kirschen, die heute als Tafelkirschen nicht mehr so gefragt sind. Eine weitere Kirschensorte ist die „Rutle“, eine schwarze, mittelgroße Sorte, die schon vor 200-300 Jahren kultiviert wurde. Ganz alte Sorten sind zum Teil schon verschwunden. Die Sorte „Große Schwarze“ kommt derzeit in Fraxern am häufigsten vor. Sie wurde wie die „Riegerkirsche“ und die „Herzen“ aus der Schweiz in die Region gebracht.
