Notes | Le 20 mars 1811 venait au monde le fils de Marie-Louise d'Autriche et Napoléon Bonaparte. La Ville de Paris offrit au couple impérial un berceau richement orné dont le peintre Prud'hon fut chargé. Il s'adjoignit les orfèvres Thomire et Odiot pour les appliques et le sculpteur Roguier pour les figures. Un exemplaire de ce berceau se trouve au Musée Napoléon à Fontainebleau, le deuxième exemplaire est dans la Weltlichen Kunstkammer du Musée de Vienne. | ||||||||||||||||||||
