Airmen of CAT 554-01, comprised of Airmen from the 554th RED HORSE Squadron and 36th Civil Engineer Squadron from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, provided construction capabilities, apprenticeship training, medical outreach and community engagement opportunities while deployed to the Republic of Palau.
