Bradley Manning is a hero to many here and around the world for recoiling at the wanton killing of civilians he discovered while analyzing files in Baghdad. To the US government, which has prosecuted only a few low-level soldiers for those crimes, Bradley - who has spent 3 years in prison before trial - is the criminal, and we, the people he wanted to be informed with the true story of the wars, are the "enemy."
