Description
English: A proposed flag for the Russian SFSR. It consisted of a traditional Russian tricolor, and with an hammer and a sickle. The proposal was created by the Mikhail Rodionov, as the Chairman of the RSFSR Council of Ministers. For it he was accused of nationalism in 1950, at the Leningrad affair.

This work is not an object of copyright according to article 1259 of Book IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation No. 230-FZ of December 18, 2006.

Shall not be objects of copyright:
