Description
English: Description in French of the hypothesis of Project Stormfury, a US program of cloud seeding hurricane eye walls, from 1962 to 1983, in order to lessen their strenght. The hypothesis was shown to be false.
Français : Description de l'hypothèse de travail du programme Stormfury du service météorologique des États-Unis de 1962 à 1983. Il s'agissait d'ensemencer le mur de l'oeil d'un ouragan pour voir si cela en diminuerait l'intensité. L'hypothèse se révéla fausse.
