English: RUSSIAN CARGO SHIP REACHES SPACE STATION The unpiloted Russian ISS Progress 71 cargo ship automatically docked to the aft port of the International Space Station’s Zvezda Service Module Nov. 18 after a two-day journey following its launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan atop a Russian Soyuz booster rocket. Carrying almost three tons of food, fuel and supplies for the station’s residents, the Progress will remain docked to the complex for the next four months. |
