Español: Botarga de San Blas. Los vecinos de Albalate de Zorita (quien quiera, disfrazado de botarga con los tradicionales colores verde y rojo o los posteriores y más populares, amarillo y rojo), adoran a la imagen de San Blas que sale tras la misa en su honor, a través de instrumentos populares (tambores, castañuelas...) y el griterío de "¡Viva San Blas!".
