Description

NATIONAL INFANTRY MUSEUM, Fort Benning, Ga. April 11, 2015 - Brigadier General John King, DIrector of the Joint Staff of the Georgia National Guard presents Col.Randal Scott Carter, outgoing commander of the 648th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade with the Order of Saint Maurice Primicerius Award following the 648th MEB change of command ceremony. Primicerius is the highest level of the Order of Saint Maurice and is reserved for those who have made a significant contribution to the Infantry.

Marina Carter received the Shield of Sparta award from Col. Thomas Carden, commander of the Georgia Army National Guard in recognition of her sacrifice, commitment and selflessness in supporting the missions and Soldiers of the Georgia Guard.
