Summary
[edit]DescriptionPrevalence of extant invaders in the invaded communities across all simulations.png |
English: "Prevalence is the percentage of invader species (invader and all its lineages) in the recipient pathogen community compared to all pathogen species. Solid lines are the mean values of the simulations, while shaded areas are 99% confidence intervals. Means and confidence intervals is computed every 1000 updates and includes only the invaders that persisted at least through the target update.
