Español: El presidente de la República, Martín Vizcarra, promulgó la Ley Orgánica de la Junta Nacional de Justicia, y aseveró que este acto de importancia para el Perú es el resultado de una consulta ciudadana, que se llevó a cabo el 9 de diciembre.
Asimismo, destacó la necesidad de la promulgación porque si se dejaba de hacer simplemente "dilataría la urgencia de los cambios" en el sistema de administración de justicia del país. Refirió que esta norma aprobada por el Congreso, permitirá el funcionamiento y regulará el proceso de selección de los miembros de la Junta Nacional de Justicia (JNJ), y "es un paso fundamental hacia ese objetivo". Sin embargo, consideró que hay modificaciones realizadas por el Congreso, que no recogen los planteamientos del Poder Ejecutivo, como: no contemplar la igualdad de género, y no incluir el acceso irrestricto a la información con levantamiento de secreto bancario para los postulares. |
