Description
Español: El Presidente de la República, Sebastián Piñera, acompañado de su señora, Cecilia Morel, visitó Televisión Nacional de Chile (TVN), para entregar su apoyo a los miembros del canal y al equipo del programa Buenos Días a Todos, tras el accidente ocurrido ayer en Juan Fernández.

En la oportunidad, el Jefe de Estado señaló que “desgraciadamente lo de ayer fue un golpe muy duro para Televisión Nacional, porque en el avión viajaba un equipo del canal. Lo que yo quería expresar hoy día es mi más profunda solidaridad, comprensión, porque yo sé que muchos de los familiares de las personas que estuvieron en ese avión, están viviendo momentos de mucha angustia y de mucha incertidumbre. Yo quería decirles que el país entero está con ellos”.

Agregó que “hasta ahora sabemos que son cuatro personas las que han fallecido, eso es lo que tenemos certeza, pero también sabemos que la magnitud del accidente fue extremadamente grave. Y sin que perdamos las esperanzas, porque nunca hay que perderlas, esto fue un accidente muy grave y el pronóstico no es favorable”.

Asimismo, aseguró que “tanto el Gobierno, como las Fuerzas Armadas, particularmente la Fuerza Aérea de Chile, han hecho todo lo posible para que esta operación de búsqueda y rescate, fuera hecha con la calidad y la rapidez que requería”.

El Mandatario finalizó diciendo que asistió al canal “a expresarle a sus máximas autoridades nuestra solidaridad, nuestro respaldo y nuestro apoyo”.
