Description President Joe Biden and Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Ðình Hue observe an exchange of artifacts by U.S. and Vietnamese veterans, Monday, September 11, 2023 at the National Assembly Building in Hanoi, Vietnam. U.S. veterans Matt Keenan and Chuck Searcy return a diary found on the battlefield to it's author Nguyen Van Thien. Secretary of State Antony Blinken presents National Defense Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien with a report on hundreds of fallen Vietnamese soldiers, and Chien presents Blinken with ID cards related to soldiers still MIA from the Vietnam War.
