[edit]DescriptionPreserved Routemaster bus RM2208 (CUV 208C) Shillibeer livery, Manchester Museum of Transport London Bus Day 18 April 2010 (2).jpg |
English: Preserved Routemaster bus RM2208 (reg. CUV 208C), pictured on a visit to the Museum of Transport in Manchester for their 2010 London Bus Day event. The bus is just visting for the event, and is normally housed as part of the Dewsbury Bus Museum collection in West Yorkshire (hence the sign in the cab). It is restored in the green colours it wore as one of the 1979 George Shillibeer Omnibus 150th anniversary buses. The museum's three wheeled Thundersley AC Invacar is in the background. |
