Description
English: Preserved 'Tom Pudding' tug, Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
"Wheldale" A permanent exhibit at the Yorkshire Waterways Museum, "Wheldale" was built in 1960 as one of a fleet of motor tugs for British Waterways, replacing much older steam tugs. She was used to pull trains of 'Tom Puddings' or compartment boats with coal from canal-side collieries in South and West Yorkshire.
