Description
English: This is a prescription sheet created by Dr. T.W. Taylor for Dr. Esther E. Leonard. Dr. Leonard served as a contract surgeon during World War I at the U.S. Army General Hospital No. 1 in New York City and at an evacuation hospital in Vichy, France.
