Português: A 11 kms de Vila Velha, Barra do Jucu é conhecida por ser uma antiga vila de pescadores e também é muito procurada por causa das inúmeras praias que o balneário abriga.
Normalmente, essas praias são frequentadas por quem gosta de praticar esportes aquáticos, sendo o surf o mais comum deles. Ali acontecem, inclusive, alguns campeonatos do esporte, que chegam a ser de nível nacional, devido à força do mar no local lado A. Já o lado B proporciona aos turistas um total relachamento com a familia. O mar tem uma cor meio escura, em função do encontro com as águas do Rio Jucu. Barra do Jucu, fica muito perto da foz do Rio, que é uma das atrações históricas da região.
