Description
English: 150717-N-WJ386-061 HILLSBORO, Ore. (July 17, 2015) The U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, Diamond pilots perform the Diamond Dirty Loop during a practice demonstration at the Oregon International Air Show. The maneuver, which calls for the pilots to fly their F/A-18 Hornets with landing gears extended, is not performed by any other jet demonstraiton team in the world. The Blue Angels are scheduled to perform 68 demonstrations at 35 locations across the U.S. in 2015. (U.S. Navy photos by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Andrea Perez/Released)
