Dissection.—The dissection of the perineum, the sub-peritoneal viscera,and portions of viscera, at the outlet of the pelvis, being now completed, theviscera should be returned to the pelvic cavity; the skin-flaps of the perineumshould be brought together at the pelvic outlet, and the same sutured, by thecontinued suture, along the median line.
