Description
English:
16 storey high/tower house. 192 flats, 32-35 sqm and 56 sqm sizes. This made using mixed technology: the façade is a prefabricated panel, the supporting structure and partitions are made of concrete made on site. In the machine room are two Budapest Elevator Factory Type 51205 (1974 works) lifts and a Ganz Mávag freight elevator engine. Staircase is on north part of the building. A narrow stairs lead to the elevator maschine room level. From there a ladder lead to the top of the maschine room. The maschine room level has a circa 1.5!m high concrete fence. The roof of this room has zero fence. Excellent viewpoint. Photo taken on Budapest 100 guided walk event - 56 Práter Street, Losoncinegyed neighbourhood, 8th district of Budapest.

Toronyház. Két személylift egy Budapesti Felvonógyár Typ 51205 (1974) és egy teherlift Ganz Mávag gyár; min az épület közepén. A lépcsőház az É-i oldalon a Losonci tér felől található. 192 lakásos épület, 32-35 és 56 nm-es lakások. A környék toronyházainak építése a Tömő utcai három házzal kezdődött 1970-ben, majd folytatódott az itteni újabb három épülettel. Ezek az 16 emeletes, 192 lakásos toronyházak nem panelek, hanem vegyes technológiával készültek: a homlokzat előregyártott kéregpanel, a tartószerkezet és a válaszfalak helyszíni betonból vannak. A földszinten a 11_11 műtermei találhatóak. Az alapítvány egy urbanisztikai fejlesztés keretében segíti az üres, nem lakás célú önkormányzati ingatlanok kulturális újrahasznosítását.
