| Description |
English: Potter Fell over Emanuel's Ghyll The footpath descending from Potter tarn soon joins Emanuel's Ghyll, whose right bank it then follows for some distance. Looking across the ghyll, just at the confluence of water flowing from Potter tarn and Gurnal Dubs, the walls up Potter Fell form a zigzag line into the distance, passing a single tree and accompanied by sheep tracks making their way down the fell in the recent snow. Older snow lies on the north sides of the walls where it has lain in the shade since the last fall. |
