Summary
[edit]DescriptionPosty Joins in the Festival Fun.jpg |
English: 27 April 2014. Haringey's Art in the Open Festival continues with this intriguing piece by local artist Posty.
Catch "Lean Too" at the corner of Parkhurst Road and Dowsett Road, Tottenham N17. Fans of Posty will immediately recognise "Lean Too" as one of her famous "unsignature" pieces. It's one of the sculptor's famed series of leaning posts, poles, perches, rods and shafts which mysteriously appear at different Tottenham locations. Posty's art is renowned for her hidden meanings. But the pellucid symbolism of this piece needs no further explanation. Entrance Free. No concessions for Under Fives and people with a visual impairment who may walk into it. |
