Summary
[edit]DescriptionPoston Internment Camp buildings 1.jpg |
English: Poston Internment Camp (or "War Relocation Center") was an Japanese-American internment camp installed on the Colorado River Indian Reservation (despite their objections) during WWII. These are buildings that were part of the camp and later re-purposed until finally falling to ruin.
(Note: this site is, as mentioned, on Reservation lands. This photo was taken during an escorted visit with all proper permissions.) |
