I posted this image to a genealogy message board and someone responded by sending me an image of the death certificate of Otto Olson (1858-1921). I was amazed that someone could find the information so easily. I assumed the name would be too common in Chicago. The death certificate showed how Otto fit into the family. I was able to find cousins in Chicago and visited in 2005 at a family reunion in Hinsdale, Illinois.
