Description
English: Postcard depicting a one-legged man at the door of a woman's house. The text reads:

"KIND LADY, I HAD THE MISFORTIN TER LOOSE ME LEG-"
"WELL IT'S NO USE LOOKIN' FOR IT HERE, I AIN'T GOT IT!"
Published by Bamforth & Co., publishers of Holmfirth, England and New York, US. It was mailed on February 15th 1911 from Deseronto, Ontario, from 'Chas' to Mrs J. M. Hall of Deseronto.
