Description
English:
Páger Antal Café. 'Hagymaház' (~'Onion House') Culture and Cultural Center. The old 'Onion House' built in 1936 functioned as the headquarters and sales centre of local onion growers.Since 1949 it has had an exclusively cultural purpose. The New 'Onion House' replaced the old one in 1989, planned by Imre Makovecz. The organic, four-towered building is internationally renowned and is the most well-known attraction of the city and the region. Local grade listed. On the facade is the Hild János Award (2010 plaque-relief) - 2 Posta Street, Makó, Csongrád-Csanád County,Hungary.

Hagymaház hrsz.: 5542' (Felállítás 1999, Surányi Imre)[1] mellszobor ami az aulában található. - 1986 és 2019 között a homlokzaton volt Erdei Ferenc-dombormű (Szathmáry Gyöngyi bronz alkotása). A főhomlokzaton van a 2010-es Hild János-díj domborműves emléktábla- Csongrád-Csanád megye, Makó, Posta utca (ex Vásárhelyi K. utca) 2.
