Post medieval toy musket
Description
English: A copper-alloy toy musket of post-medieval, 17th century date. The butt is fish tail shaped, and the trigger guard is broken and missing. On the upper right side above the trigger guard there is a circuarl moulded pan for the powder. Both sides of the butt / stock section are decorated with four ring and dot impressions. The barrel is empty and unblocked, ready to load and fire! The object is in fair condition but twisted. It is 88mm long, 20mm wide, 9mm thick and weighs 22.72g.
