Description |
English: The barrel of a miniature gun. The barrel tapers and is octagonal in section. Near the end of the barrel is a projecting loop for securing the ramrod. Along the length of the barrel is a bore of circular section measuring between 4.5mm to 5.05mm at the end. The upper part of the barrel is decorated with worn lines of punched circles. There are also two pairs of decorative grooves, each pair spaced 6.38mm apart, around the upper three facets of the barrel, near the broken end. |
