English: A copper-alloy post-medieval commemorative medal of Frederick, Duke of York, dating to AD 1827.

Obverse: Uniformed bust of Frederick, Duke of York, bare head, left; FREDERICK DUKE OF YORK.

Reverse: Funerary urn on plinth with weeping willow to right; BORN AUGUST 16 . 1763; THE SOLDIERs. FRIEND; DIED JANY. 5TH 1827.
