Description |
English: Two joined cast lead spheres joined by a sub-circular sectioned sprue. Length: 28.7mm; maximum diameter: 12.0mm; sprue diameter: 3.6mm; mass: 17.7g. The object has a matt, light brown pitted surface. Probably post-medieval musket shot dating from c. 17th or 18th centuries. Other lead shot joined by sprues has been recorded on the database (see WMID-97F765, SUSS-93F5C5 and DENO-F3DB9). |
