English: Post-medieval silver sixpence of Elizabeth I, dating to 1562 AD. Second issue. Pheon initial mark. Obverse of crowned bust left with rose behind bust, Elizabeth . D . G . ANG' FRA' ET HIB' REGINA. Reverse of square shield on long cross fourchee dividing the legend, with date above, POSUI / DEV.' AD / IVTORE / M.' MEV.' Pheon initial mark. The coin is 20.40mm in diameter, 0.71mm in thickness and weighs 1.30g.
