Post Medieval cast copper alloy double loop asymmetrical buckle
Description
English: Post Medieval cast copper alloy double loop asymmetrical buckle. One loop is rounded and the other is trapezoidal. It has a central strap and tongue bar with a worn projecting knop at each end.. There is a widened notched lip for the tongue on the rest bar on the trapezoidal loop. Only the frame is present. Possibly from a spur strap. Dates to between c1550 to c1650 AD.

The length is 21mm, width 16mm, thickness 3mm and the weight is 1.66g.
