Post-medieval jetton: Hans Krauwinkel of Nuremberg (poss.)
Description
English: A damaged and incomplete copper alloy jetton of post-medieval date (c. AD 1586-1635). Probably minted in Nuremberg, Germany, with the obverse showing the Imperial orb contained within a tressure of three arches and three points, and the reverse showing three crowns and three lis surrounding a broken rose. The edges are chipped and corroded, the legend is mostly illegible. Probably Hans Krauwinkel.

Diameter 24.8 mm, thickness 0.7 mm, weight 1.1 g.
