English: A circular, lead post-medieval harness mount (c. AD 1500-1800), with a moulded, raised, decorative face in the form of a crude flower. The design comprises four petals each divided into two, with scalloped edges. The back is plain, with a small, square hole in the centre where the attachment fitting would have been set. Diameter: 30.6mm, thickness: 4.1mm, weight: 22.81g. |
