English: A worn silver post medieval Venetian soldino of the Doge of Venice Leonardo Loredan, dating to the period AD 1501-1521. LE LAV DVX S M V obverse, depicting the Doge as the standard bearer of Venice, kneeling left and receiving the banner of St Mark from the patron saint. LAVS TIBI SOLI reverse, depicting Christ standing with halo and holding a cross in his left hand. Mint of Venice.
