Description
English: Copper alloy

Needle, Cast needle, tapering from a flattened head with a drilled - from both sides - eye of diameter circa 2mm at its broader and rounded end, with a lower shank of round section. Bent close to its mid point. Suggested date: Probably Post-Medieval, 1600-1800.

Length (as found): 37.0mm, Width: 4.1mm, Thickness/Diameter: 2.3mm, Weight: 1.89gms.
