Possibly a Medieval sub rectangular buckle plate
Description
English: Possibly a Medieval sub rectangular buckle plate. The plate appears to have a white metal finish, possibly silvering or tinning. The exterior face is decorated with a series of raised slightly curved, branched, roughly parallel lines. The other face is plain with a lip at right angles to the main body. It is about 1mm high with three regularly spaced broken off projections. Dates to between c1000 & c1500 AD. No parallel found yet.

The length is 25mm, and the width is 18mm.
