This text explains the view at RCIN 735106.a. Both view and text were formerly kept in a rough buff folder with 'Naval Engagement 31 Jan. 1804' inscribed bottom left of the front cover. Not described in Parker. Joseph Constantine Stadler (active 1780-1812) (engraver), after Richard Livesay (1750-1826) (artist and publisher).
