Nederlands: Portret van Gabriëlla Henriëtta Emilia (Mili) Lüps-Herman (1901-1991). Het werk is gesigneerd: '=Mili Herman= Willy Sluiter 1-'22 Den Haag'. De Hongaarse violiste Mili Herman trouwde in 1926 in Boedapest met Goswin Eduard Lüps (1894-1984). Mili werd door vele Nederlandse kunstenaars geportretteerd, waaronder Jan Toorop en Willy Sluiter. Mili en haar man Eduard woonde op kasteel Biljoen.
