Il semble qu'un repeint sur la main gauche n'en facilite pas la compréhension. Néanmoins, J.-C. Boyer nous fait part d'une suggestion : cette couronne, portée par l'Amour, pourrait être destinée à Marie-Louise de Gonzague, duchesse de Nevers, qui épousa en 1646 Ladislas IV, roi de Pologne, p. 190.
