Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Portnancon jetty Until the 1890s this jetty was used by the Heilam Ferry which plied across Loch Eriboll to Ard Neakie on the eastern side of the loch. With improvements in the road around the loch, there is no demand nowadays for a ferry and the jetty is only used occasionally by visiting leisure craft. Port-Na-Con Guest House offers B&B accommodation - http://www.smoothhound.co.uk/hotels/portnaco.html
