Description
Français : Porte de tabernacle - Tabernacle door - Espagne - 1450 - 1500 - Louvre museum - Inventaire AD 7674 - Espace B - Emplacement 54 A. Bois sculpté et peint - Le cartel indique que cette porte était sans doute la porte d'un tabernacle d'une église. Elle présente sur le pourtour une inscription en latin tirée de l'Evangile selon saint Jean. Il est probable qu'elle a été réalisée à Séville ou dans les environs. Elle reprend des caractéristiques de l'Espagne arabe (décor géométrique).
