--- Good food with an Austrian twist. I would have prefered if it was all Austrian! I love my sauerkraut, dumplings, Weiner Schnitzel etc :) Julia's steak was nicely charred and smoky from the redgum wood. The pork belly was quite good too, but I'm not sure why it was served with crisp prosciutto. Unfortunately, the crackling could have been crunchier, but it did have that gelatinous texture that I love, Come to think of it, the pork belly wasn't as sticky from stewing either. Great chips too, with a crunchy crust and fluffy insides. The Salzburger Nockerl was a big pillow of fluffy souffle! The chocolate sauce was very rich too.
