| Description |
English: On object lesson in inconsiderate parking. Although apparently legal to park partly on a pavement in the UK, advice is not to do so when that would block the passage of a wheelchair user or someone pushing a pram. Even if the hedge were cut back, passage would be impossible, and there was plenty of parking space on the opposite side of Blue Bell Lane. Appalling. |
