English: Pony, foal and gorse on the slopes of Talfynydd There is a proliferation of gorse here which hinders grazing; once it would have been controlled by burning or cutting and it was formerly even used in Wales as a nutritious fodder after being crushed in special gorse mills to render it palatable. |
