Description
Français : Projet dessiné le 4 mai 1596 par Pierre Lepoivre (architecte) pour le Duc Charles de Croÿ, pour le franchissement de la Dyle (qui avait à cet endroit une largeur de 48,5pieds, soit 13,8 m environ). Ce pourrait être un premier projet de pont pour le Cambrug (ou Cambrughe à Heverle, car il en existe un autre, figurant un pont plus important, de pierre et brique à 2 ponts levis de bois. Noter le curieux système de contrepoids et le portail armorié.
